How is it that you can wake up the same weight as you were the night before but feel a tonne heavier?!? And why when you've been eating sensibly and exercising regularly, can you pile on 2-3kg randomly - usually prior to wearing that little black dress?!?
These questions remain a mystery but one thing that is certain is that hormones and water retention ARE NOT OUR FRIENDS!!! They do in fact make us ill-humoured and rather cranky...
And low and behold any person who doesn't use extreme care in dealing with the repercussions of stomach bloat - namely increased sensitivity over everything - made all the more worse by comfort eating, stick thin celebrities featured in gossip magazines and sad, sad movies...
